An employee of Apple Mac, Jef Raskin envisaged an economical and easy-to-use computer for a layperson. The personal computers that were launched by Macintosh initially used images instead of text to correspond. Mac gradually became a brand name and it designed and developed personal computers which were being marketed by Apple Inc. In 1984 Apple Mac were the first to come up with a computer that featured a mouse as well as a graphical user interface.

I've been a long time Apple user and want to share my experiences with those of you who are potentially considering getting a Mac of your own. My first computer was the Apple IIe. I've been a loyal fan ever since, and it has come with a price. I was ridiculed during my youth for not having a PC, so I've always been in tune with the differences between the two. All of my friends owned PC's, working their way from DOS up to the most modern Microsoft software. Only until a few years ago have the tides started to sway.

Before video games we kids played with marbles. There were 'funsies' where the participants would simply play for the fun of it. Then there were 'keepsies' or a type of wager where the loser lost his marbles thus introducing many an innocent child to the risks of gambling in a brutally cruel world. There were many variations in between and we played most of them with great vigor, learning a lot about ourselves and each other in the process.

For some time now, I have been hearing a lot about these Online Role Playing games. I wondered what all this was all about, when I slammed into Final Fantasy SIM Date Role Playing. The name itself sounded quite appealing to me, and seemed like some kind of a fantasy game. Even before I could start playing this game for the first time, I started to think of some fantasies assuming that would be the objective of this game.

The Da Vinci Code probably deserves a lukewarm three stars. As with the paper back or hard cover, a major problem is that the climax of the story, the murder of the curator, occurs in the very first scene. Then the treasure hunt by the hero and heroine, including the assistance they get from the Wise Old Man, in the form of the Ian McKellan character.
