Losing weight can be one of the toughest challenges in our life. Work and stress of everyday life causes many people to turn to comfort food as a release. Mix this with a slowing metabolism as we age and here we are, wondering how to lose the growing midsection as pain free as possible. There are many diets out there and I am sure some people are successful with them. I find most of these diets much too hard to fit into daily life and schedules. Over the last few years I have spoken with many doctors and nutritionists about losing weight, not overnight but also not over the course of years either.
